5D will get your screen little thicker than a TG maybe. may not fit perfectly on some cases, such as the rhinoshield mod that i bought too. the case fits just nice enough and maybe a bit harder to take it off.
Yeah, I met with the Hao seller at an IT fair previously, he was very friendly and took the time to explain to me the entire process and why his solution is far more costly compared to normal tempered glass protectors. I don’t keep my phones long term otherwise I would consider it as well.

Another alternative is to use a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) Charger with Apple USB-C to Lightning Cable.
My advice to buy the Tronsmart W2DT 48W USB Wall Charger. The Type-C port offers 30W of power which will charge up your devices faster and it can also charge your MacBook, Chromebooks and iPad Pro. The W2DT USB wall charger will officially be available in Malaysia in January 2018 for a price of RM179. But to fast charger an iPhone 8/8+/X you need at least 18W.
Please read this article for iPhone X Charging Speeds Compared: The Fastest and Easiest Ways to Charge Your iPhone. They tested several charging accessories from both Apple and third-party manufacturers with the iPhone X to see how charging speeds compare across different charging methods. These tests also apply to the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, which share many of the same features available in the iPhone X. They event tested wireless charger on the iPhone X.
Yeah, I think this was the article that led everyone to conclude if you already have a 12W iPad Charger, there's not much difference between using that and a more expensive USB C port QC adapter with an equally expensive USB C to lightning cable
Thanks for sharing. But I am still with iOS 11.1.1. From your post above, it seems like a must for me to upgrade to fix some of the bugs from my current iOS.
I think you should update. Shouldn’t be a problem.
It depends on your luck too. You were lucky to have a stable IOS 11.1.1, while some hit problem. I had problem with IOS 11 on the 6S. I have to keep chasing for new updates. Now with IOS 11.2.1 it looks stable. For the SE, I stayed back with IOS 10.3.3
Ya, good point. I had an unstable 11.1.1 on 7 Plus, causing battery drain. 11.2 solved that.
Anyone using nice third party wallpaper? Mind to share your screenshot of wallpaper and the apps you used to download them? Prefer a black wallpaper though
I’ve ever only used Apple-supplied original wallpapers

Full adhesive
Full adhesive usually will be best on clear SP. But the problem is around the edge can seen bubble due to 2.5D curved screen. But I will tried with 4D full screen protector for help and covered the whole screen.
Spray with liquid on screen for clean out those dirt, before wipe it dry.
Usually I would used with 3M transparency tape to stick up those micro dirt before paste with SP.
This is the one 5D full adhesive sp.
All done without any bubble on the screen edges.
How’s the SP so far? Is it prone to fingerprint smudges?
Got Oleophobic coating helps resist oils and fingerprints, if whole day usage still can spot fingerprint or oily base on screen surface, the good thing is easier to clean with micro fiber cloth. Once wipe over without any water marks leave on screen surface.
Great then. Looks like you got yourself a great bargain! If my tempered glass application skills is as good as yours I’d probably buy online too, but since I’m terrible at it, I’d have to pay higher prices at a shop for them to install for me, haha...
Haha that is great.. apply from shop if any damage can change on the spot.
Ya, happened once di @ Machines KLCC. The guy installing Hoda TG for me made a mistake then he just took a new one without hesitation and installed it. So my conclusion is their profit must be very high for that TG, haha...
