I already try with samsung charger, but It getting more worse. The battery level stuck at 73% only and never going up. Maybe I should buy a better branded wireless charger.

To be honest, some people also using Samsung charger but without problems. Genuine Samsung charger, or one of those OEM ones?

how do u guys copy photos from iphone to pc? If I use the ordinary windows explorer to copy, it will copy the Live effect of photos as well. Anyway to copy photo without the live effect?

I dont think so, the format is different for live pics. Maybe can try to convert to JPEG.

That charger come together when I buy my Samsung phone from original Samsung authorize dealer. I need to buy others branded wireless charger different brand to see the problem still occur or not.

U can try using Google Photo which support apple .HEIC format. All photo from iphone upload to Google Photo will remain effect including live photo.

Don't buy, try and see if you can borrow one of the branded ones and see if the problem persists first. If there really is a problem then you can send your phone in for warranty claim.

Thanks god, luckily I use my old Sony charger adapter and now it charge to the max. I'm not sure the problem from the wireless charger or the adapter, but seem like it's working like it should be.
