Me too. Had been waiting long for the midnight update since I know will significantly bounced back from my last drop from 4.98 to 4.94 last week at xx40 people rated and now 4.94 to 4.97. I'll kill the dumb princess with sad emoji for sure!

Same, Sat and Sun usually but not for this festive season especially the last 3 weeks of the year.

They like last minute surprise but for Xmas week the most also they increase from HP to UP, no additional hourly top up like NYE, maybe pick-up at certain major shopping malls got special pick-up bonus...

Every hour with additional RM20 gross, but with difficulty this year, due to daily AR... Last year did until 5am and could straight sleep until tmr, but this year must jaga AR, the worse must repair AR after long battle, after all need a good plan.

These 3 days:
Fri 7am - 11pm (no break in between)
Sat 8am - 11pm (11am P block makan)
Sun 8am - 11pm (11am P block makan)

After NY, most probably morning MP reduce to 2 UP like what was happening early this year, cannot tahan also must tahan, that's why GRAB as you can.

Complaint indeed. My 1st partner service report half year ago complaining my driving pattern, could be I used to drive with one hand, like this also kena! 2nd service report I emailed to ask but the lazy ass cs said can't reveal any info... Since then I don't give a damn whenever there were reports out there cuz dealing with brainless lazy cs really waste time only! Useless company with brainless employees sending out meaningless driver weekly review without telling the issue and hoping drivers to guess and improve in no way, damn stupid!

DR is based on midnight refresh for today, so still not safe to play incentives right now. Says your DR on screen is 4.71 now but midnight refresh later at 12.15am shows 4.67, so your actual DR for today is 4.67, not the rating you see on the screen now. You can always check your DR thru the in-app incentive tab and it always shows N/A for the day you in-progress.

In other words, you'll only know on the next day whether you qualified for the incentives of the day before via ended tab.
