hmm not sure is it u mean by the filing form or some mafan stuff? so far my registrations was just pass my driving the license, wait a while for the pick-up card then ok.
so far my only frustration is some riders did not point which block during registration and got me stuck or cant find the block

I've propose a surcharge of RM1 for pick up at lobby in the past, especially the condo area is huge. U want this service u pay lor.

One reason that many drivers don't understand about GS is that it's easier for passengers to get a car (not cos it's cheaper) during peak periods at crowded places like kl sentral/malls. This is the only time I encourage them to try GS and personaliy I don't mind picking up 2 trips going along the same way.

Last night dropped off a rider at an ulu place in KL - Jalan Lembah Ledang at Damansara Heights.

Damn, there wasn't any other buildings within 100m from the rider's house. To be sure, this is not a billionaire's mansion in an exclusive place. Just an ordinary house. Wondering why this area is still not yet developed.

Today dropped off another rider at another ulu location - Jalan Teberau 1 at Ukay Heights, Ampang. But this area has a number of mansions. To my surprise, after dropped off my rider, I got another job nearby.

I've only completed 1 trip so far this week.

Feeling more and more demotivated to drive for Grab as the days go by.

whatever Grab say cannot be trusted one la. Every feature they add in are all in favor of riders. Why is it so difficult to impose cancellation and no show penalty? Why is it so difficult to let drivers rate riders?

Now with rider can change destination, I can imagine riders order a car for a RM20-30 trip, driver arrived and pick up, they change to actual destination probably RM5-6.

Ya, just wonder why you are doing this ? As grab driver its common to encounter such situations where riders may be blur2, not paying attention to look out for driver, or not apps savvy. Many time when i arrive at a spot and see no one waving me down i will normally give a gentle honk to alert the riders if they are already there. Sometime when i see someone who fit the name based on ethnicity i may even give him or her a shout. nothing wrong if turns out not the right rider.

I know your feeling. You had canceled two before. Why take the third one since the Cr is damaged? But mistakes by asking rider to cancel till crap has solic reasons to suspend you. My advice, cancel again and repair Cr later or tell the grandma story that you are not free later coz you just a part timer.  Always remember that 75% drivers are part time. Not suitable for long trip.

KLIA jobs should be excluded from AA.Not everyone wants to go there and wait for few hours.

Haha, got suspended Nov 7 for no apparent reason. DR always 4.95 +-0.02 and CR 8 +-2. was already prepared for this but biggest regret was not to cash out immediately when the SMS came in around 8+pm. Thought there was sufficient time to go back, relax then only cash out BUT too late can't log in already by 10pm.

This action only confirm my suspicion that this crappy company is all out to eliminate drivers that DON'T MAKE MONEY for them cos of the HG scheme. Having migrated from Uber since April, have been regularly facing road blocks in cashing out with delays up to 2 days without even an explanation nor apology. Anyone else experienced this pattern?

Anyway, my plan is to make a claim thru the small claims court if they don't credit any balance + incentives to my bank account within 7 days and I welcome anyone else to do the same.

Do you know why Grab have been doing so many stupid things recently?

I believe it's down to the lack of drivers, or rather, lack of drivers who are willing to drive for them anymore, despite many are still queueing up to sign up as drivers. Give it two months before these newbies hit the hard truth and learn that all these rules and regulations are not worth the effort.

Grab's team are surely at their wit's end now. They don't know how to resolve this issue, so what else can a monopolistic brainless zombie capitalist do? What else other than impose hard and confusing rules on existing drivers, because that's the only thing their one-cell brain can ever come up with.

After the psv implement nexr year grab will reduce their exiting staff in ofis surely and by the end of next year grab will bungkus..  Now even the passenger are angry with grab..

Surprisingly today less traffic and lesser driver on the road, suspect a lot drivers took day off because Selangor sultan birthday on tuesday.

Mine even worst, 4 camping students with luggages until car boots barely can close, wait the last student for 10mins, other 3 asking me to open air cond bigger while the front open my car door chit chating.

Bad day for me yesterday, started well with 4 pretty china students but soon after mostly lousy riders, some groups of st**pid bangla after drop off without closing my car door while chit chating in from of my way, rm5 rides wanna hang a while at "on the way" atm then have to turn back to pick a rm7 b2b customer asking me why take so long??

From 11am to 3pm was like rm80 only..the sypnosis of the new scheme is: Sat and Sun before 5pm or other non UP/MP block better dun drive. Mostly charity rugi jobs.
