Since last year i do one job every hour   i guess now is the end of the road for me.

There are 4 suspicious driving patterns in the ‘Incentive Removal warning FAQ’ from Grab.I think nowadays if you use any 1 out of these 4 techniques to maximize incentive,they will send out the long love letter.HG will be removed if repeat again.

As my for my case,i didnt take care of my incentive/fare ratio recently and it is very obvious.So i am not sure if they detected me via my abnormal ratio or they can detect everyone who practice it.

So to all one job per hour drivers,take care of your incentive/fare ratio

I can imagine when HG is gone, MyCar would come up. Without HG, who wants to do
RM 5-8 jobs? Without HG, grab share will crash and burn. Without HG, no one would bother with AA anymore. Honestly to avoid cheating, they just have to fix the steps of HG instead of the current one, RM 8, 10, 7 wtf... Its as though a kindergartner did this for them..

Maybe like:

MP - RM 20, RM 30, RM 50, RM 60

As for flex, they prioritize them with heavy jobs, distance prone jobs. Then continue with the cash back. For every RM 20+ job you do, its calculated in a percentage weekly payout.

HG and Flex is a good way to balance the jobs, just that their coding sucks which they can easily improve. Sometimes I feel like an idiot driving 3km to pick a RM 5 job. The poor customer waited 10 mins for me to ride for 2 minutes lol.

I'm going to pickup 2 adults and 3 kids from KLIA2 and send them to Bukit Bintang tonight.

RM130 all in. I don't know why she doesn't want to request a ride straight from the airport but that's none of my concern. I wish everyday I can get one or two side jobs like this one.

a big hit for flexi drivers, wasting more time on job filtering now onwards.

The excuses is a very very lame, how can driver know all this matching algorithm at the first place  

Avoid jam area I think. I got once supposedly 3min drive jam until 15min. Then that is last for my first day because angry dy haha

It's already happening in KV today. No high demand surcharge at all but hitting approx 1.70/km inclusive of pick up. Highest recorded fare was 22 for 8.35km, again no surcharge.

Yes, crap makan almost all commission as fares will definitely exceed HG but who cares so long as gross fares are consistently above 40/hr.

Hope this trend continues, then we can drive with ease without having to nurse the ar/cr shit.

My first week got eat my commission, what happen?

the heatmap is misleading, sometimes i'm at green area also can get surcharge 100% ride.

It could be various reasons that caused that.

But did the driver not sending u to your destination or causing any major discomfort while fetching u?Like these case give 3 stars lah. 1 star + comments are for likes of charging u extra, ask u to walk 500m to your destination, not polite or shouting dirty words at u. People cari makan lah please give chance a bit. U give 1 star no major hurting to us, but suddenly dropped of 4 stars will give us some strange feeling and some confidence lost.

Sometimes, when we are stuck in jam, we become impatient, and start to speed when the road is clear. So, as cktang says above, give a chance lah...

4 star is considered bad in Grab. We need 4.70 rating to be entitled to incentives.

Yep have to switch on AA if I want the 20% commission instead of 25%.

No choice for me as that is what Grab wants from us drivers

hello guys. im sorry to interupt any discussions u guys having if any, and there are 800 pages of discussions to read  for now i am jobless. i interested to start a job as grab driver and buying maybe Bezza or MyVi as a starter. I would really love to hear any opinions regarding this move 

That thought ran in my mind couple of times too. Dont know hows the industry now. Rent care near 200-300 per month, maybe can prevent some losses due to commitment too. how about the rent the crapcar offer? will they be any downside if rent car?
