Impressed with my riders last night. A passenger left her branded lipstick in rear passenger interior door handle.

Receive sms this morning, with no hope checked the car, it's still there! Well... returned to the owner.

I also received love sms just now for the first time. Funny thing is it's 6.2% for DAX and 3 PAX (2 riders canceled almost immediately, 1 when on the way). Total of less than 12%.

WTF, same here. Last time I insist ask them wait, will be there, my rating drop 0.05% in one day.

Well mine, Dax as my screenshot.
PAX actually 10.29%, can't do anything as most are like immediate cancellation once I accepted the jobs. 2 of the immediate cancellation actually just because I park my car right in front the pick up point after my dim sum.

Even the PAX is a hidden rule which wasn't stated anywhere. They can do whatever they pleased.
I might be wrong, but if anyone has a link to official statements, please, do share.

Haha. No la. I am in the car, I online only when I am in the car and ready. Just that I ngam ngam parked the car 5m from pick up point earlier. So most likely too fast.

"Your driver has arrived" the moment he/she pressed "Book". laugh.gif

This happened a lot when I am 15-30 seconds away from high-rise resident area.

one of criteria customer like to give low rating, late pickup.
late pickup; either customer cancel booking or driver pickup customer (stupid customer that is), get low rating.
usually drivers get low ratings due to customers bad mood.

Exactly. Friday is like doomsday and chaos till you trained yourself not to received b2b after every pick up. No b2b relax a bit, then the famous 5KM pick up will come. Same here at the North. LOL! Every Friday my rating sure drop.

A week is still ok, might still have to wait. Mine reported 1 month+ ago still no news, just "give us more time" reply. Same case, online full hours with 2 jobs counted 28 8 minutes, Christmas Eve some more.

Don't focus at the bad one.

Just this morning before my meeting, I was involved in an incident where I got banged from behind by a lady biker while there's passenger on board. She actually sprained her wrist from the impact. And you know what, she paid me RM 100 for RM19 trip. Insisted I keep it and get the car repair.

Well, be positives, the bad mood will pass... don't let the shitty riders ruin your day, they are just not worthy.

1 high fare but can't check how much the surcharge, no history. The hotel security told me that this morning, quite a few ppl willing to pay RM 50 for an RM 18 Penang airport trip but still no cars. Hahaha. Wasted...
