My point is, OP complained to Grab about passenger cancelling. Not fair to rider lo.. If I'm the rider and driver tell me 40 minutes to pick up, I will cancel also lo...
I know I know. OP complained to Grab to cover his backside so that they put remark about those cancellations. But OP should tiao Grab also for 11km pick up.
Anyway, I don't think it's necessary to do this "homework" anymore? Nowadays I don't report PAX anymore. Nothing happened also. I just make sure PAX+DAX = <30%.
Sure ah all >10km pick up distance will have Surge?
