Macam ini punye case...cashier return the correct amount to customer, customer swap the notes n confuse cashier...(ape lagi driver sitting infront, giving enough time for rider to swap the notes)......

i normally count the notes twice in front of rider's face n if its dark turned on cabin lights...

Seriously RM6.50 compensation for last week underpay?

Every day I have to report and cancel trips which I don't think its fair. They haven't responded to me since 28th November and their automated system keep asking me to rate. I just hit reply with a template that if they continue to be this inefficient, I will start to intervene myself and cancel the rides. Consider this a warning and a gesture to inform you that if you can't get the system right, don't implement it.

Then I receive a call from them because my CR was 50% last week. The CS asked me why and I told him that the fare was not fair. They told me why don't I report, I said that they haven't replied my first and many more since 28th November. Then he told me TBB is an estimate based on history and its an estimation of mileage before time. First I told him Grab has been around 5 years, your data would have enough samples to make at least 85% accurate even with traffic lights. But that's not the case. Finally, I asked him does he want to work for me? He asked me why? I said if your working based on estimated mileage before time, then you would definitely come cheap because I will pay you how much work you did in a day instead of how much time you spent in the office. Judging by how efficient you handle TBB emails even with templates, I would estimate to only pay you RM 30 a day. Surely I would pay more than Grab will do. Interested?

this week many places are black areas from crap drivers 

ytd afternoon i was in pudu having ba ku teh. after that just on app and all ping coming from KL Pavillion area or nearby going to pavillion... its was UP.. luckiliy i do not on AA, ping not stop for GPlus... at last i just on Premium and die die have to accept one from melinium hotel (near by pavilion) to MV.. pick up 30mins, job completed about 50 mins.. luckily fare RM52...

u need to check your gps. can use rider app to confirm whether u are actually 'online' or not...
of your car cannot be found, something wrong with your gps

just closed the app, then on airplane mode for 3min to 5 mins...

i encountered this gps problem... i called to CS, he taught me this. this is one of the few incidents that i really think CS got value one..

Yep and with "non existance" bonus  :confused: . Mostly rm5~9 bilis jobs in between kena MV rm20 and tbs rm15 from seri kembangan  , road very clear but when dropoff quite long q, lowfare lousy jobs alot. See the tbb table for this week also only good in evening, P/UP block are lousy , tomorrow better do something else morning/afternoon , 5pm - 8pm only drive.

Actually started 10:30am till 2pm in relaxing mode like rm70 ~100(no bonus) go pj, cyberjaya and klia, evening +-rm150(good bonus).
No problem getting ping but fare was lousy low. Cancelled a few kl jobs sat cr rose to 12%. Determined to "accept whatever" Sunday, but morning online at carpark car not move yet terus kena 3km pup 24km to ampang rm25??   Summore foreigner name send msg "boss cepat sikit" , at the end cant "pass my self level", cancelled 1st job after just drive 500m stopby kopitiam eat noodle first.

Grab's so-called complimentary drinks at Petronas pit stop is give you paper cup and 3-in-1 nescafe stick asked you bancuh sendiri stuff... as per it's name, crap!

what you expect, you think crap will provide super premium coffee! better than nothing lahhh...

Same like you, i prefer the ready made coffee, that coffee stick i can make it at home.
or we just redistribute the coffee stick to a rider we like, as a compliment by us not crap.

I am thinking of resigning my office job due to much stress. However take home salary needs to be at least RM7k. Is this achievable with grab - monthly net income (after minus all, 25% commission, petrol)? Next year with PSV license requirement, go for class, puspakom inspection..many part timers will quit. They bloody well should increase the fares, make it same to as  Taxi Drivers fare since now same playing field. Current fares are too bloody low la. For me I do normal grab, typical net income is about RM10 an hour..due to jam..and realy sucks if get bangla ..indon go those far places like gombak..batu caves..klang etc

As a premium driver. It is hit and miss. The frequency is lesser. I only get at most 50-60 premium job a week. And I get like 200-300 gross a day. That from 7am to 6pm.

I can increase my earning by turning in 6 seater. Sometimes the pick up range is more than 3km.

You want 7k net must work from 5am to 11.59pm. Open GC+ or justgrab during lunch hour and stay at kl city center. I am hoping that a lot of part timer quit as well. A lot of premium driver i know do a lot of offline job. Deal directly with company to give premium  transport to client.

I believe 6 seaters grab is doing well now?
Easily can earn 300 and above

i am driving part time, also mainly focus on premium... but seldom on AA... average 100km, can reach fare average RM180-RM200.... i think still okay..my style is dont try like cow, just minimize my cost... not maximize my revenue.... haha...

TBB is hit and miss.
But our friends here make noise when it's a miss, and keep quiet when it's a hit

But off peak fare is indeed lower. Fortunately, as a part time driver, I only drive during peak hours.

I do occasionally have vietmoi riders. Last time, when I was doing full time, I picked up hot Kazakh students from APU.

Its a prank or fake booking but stupid apps dont know how to detect and still send job to driver.
