System issue again from 10am block.

In addition Rider can not call to Driver directly where only Operator. Even when Driver call, only a fake/fixed number showed where can not call back or wrong Driver answer.

Don’t forget Grab to minimize incentive payouts purposely assigning Lo-Fare to Flexi & Hi-Fare to HG with 80% AR.

Assuming Nominal RM50/hr is the design targeted fare, that should be Time, Distance & Smoothness factors.
Take for an example 10min to PuP + 5min Waiting + 10min to DoP + 5min next ping = 30min Service, the fair fare could be RM25

Rider overwhelming the fixed price concept & Grab could further improve. Right now the short coming is Time factor especially traffic congestion.

I experienced once when I was in organizing committee of an international spots competition for children.

The Artist was very popular in China but not to my knowledge. As I know nothing of her, we had long chat in Hotel lobby from 1am to 4am. After google the next day, then I knew that beautiful lady is a superstar in spots & movies.

I understand how Grab uses Incentive to Gain market shares from Taxi.

Current Taxi Fare:
RM3 for 1st km & 3min, RM1.25/km + RM25/h thereafter

Each RM5 job took me average 30min during MP & 20min during HP where Grab says Min Fare Guarantees at RM40/h. Of course high chance that hi-fare kept coming in for last few minutes before block endings to avoid Incentive.

I’m a hardcore HG but should I keep working like cowards bagging Grab’s Mercy on incentive?

Consistently >30% Cancellation for last 2 weeks even without a single b2b. Usually CR soars at spikes when stuck in traffic coupled with super far PuP. This morning stuck at Kuchai Lama towards Old Klang Road where 1km stretch took me 20min. After dropped off passenger then turn on available but some 10 Cancellations before next successful ride.

“GRAB: Dear Driver-partner, we've received your feedback that you had to cancel as the passenger did not show up for the ride. We will not take action on these cancellations. Thank you”

Correct me if I’m wrong, DaX on No Show after 5min Waiting at PuP is exempted.

Grab calculator 8.18km @ RM11 fare where both Google & Waze shown 16km shortest route on top of 6km to PuP. Taxi fare easily RM22 based on distance only excluding Time Charge.

Why Grab undercutting with 50% discount on top of door step Service & heavy traffic?

I notice the same. In total, that should be same amount of Riders & Drivers where Efficiency can be improved. Somehow, further away PuP, slower pings, lower fare, the hiccup seems worsen.

Fare is dependent on HG blocks. When Lunch Hour set at P block, fare at RM1/km in the heart of city regardless of Time factor & far away PuP 😐

Yes, this is an issue if we providing good service.
Example PuP set at Petronas but Rider calls to inform at Petron 1km away. I will pickup if Hi-Fare but most aften wasting 5min DaX for Lo-Fare if not PaX.

Whole of 4pm block, 4 pings with 3x no-show on top of far pickup. 1 repeated from same rider after 10min Waiting & PaX, where I accepted the subsequent booking but drove away. We are not allowed to pick same rider within a week but Grab can assign the same rider repeatedly for 3x in a row. No income!!!

Lately there are significant No-Show after 6min Waiting at PuP in KV.
