Any of u have any experience while passenger already inside car but your car tyre suddenly broke down?
It happen to me today, my car tyre broke down while sending passenger. My passenger was in hurry to class, she said my car was down, she need to pick up another grab. I aggree with her, so I let her pick up another grab without paying me.
I also told her sorry for inconvenience, I told her its my car fault, so u dont need to pay me. And by that I simply press drop off, YES drop off.
After changing my car tyre, I call CS to let them know of what happen.
Then things get worse as the CS person was angrying with me and raise his voice at me.
He told me why I did not call cs first so that they can cancel the process.
I told him I really dont know, I only know if u involved in accident then u need to call cs first.
He still raise his voice at me and slowly send his anger toward me through his method of way.
He also said its wrongdoing to drop off passenger if havent reach destination.
I told him many time in my case I really dont know that I should be calling cs first. That was never mention in grab class two years ago.
I press drop off coz the passenger need to book another grab to quickly attend her class asap. Beside my car tyre broke down, so I feel responsible and let her drop off.
The cs guy said that I cant refund the ride and wont get the incentive. I told him I know I wont get refund, I dont mind, I told him im calling only to inform grab about this and nothing else.
So that they will know that I dont fake booking or fake ride without passenger.
He still raise his voice but slowly tone down. I was in no mood I only said yes n no to his reply till end.
Now tat im calmed down, I was wondering if my incentive for the whole week will also be canceled out because of today.
I hope not.

Do you think I wont get my incentive?
