my suggestion do as many trips as possible then make sure car is clean, smooth driving or you can ask for a 5star rating

Suggest u clean up the car and don't make it messy, go car wash RM10/11 they can clean up nicely for u.

Drive like ah pek, janji lambat asal selamat, greet rider on board and thank them upon arrival. All this can get 95% 5 stars for u.

called up cs to make remarks in their database, the cs advise pls request rider to cancel in future...or cancel our own then call to make remark on the reason for cancellation.

he advised that our account can be suspended due to the reason of gaming if picking up same rider.

my rating used to be a lot lower than yours.

crapcar rating is based on past 100 trips...believe me, it don't take long for that 1 star rating to be replaced by the latest rating if you drive frequently.

uber one take longer because it is based on past 500 riders rating. but 1 star rating will only caused our DR go down by 0.01 if u already got 500 rated trips

U see that CS "professional advise", what i receive answer from them is ensure u put remark, nowadays quite hard to get repeating rider in the same week/month.

If rider die die don't want cancel, u go and cancel, both way cancellation will be recorded in your rate too, if above 30% receive love sms again. They never think of consequences of each set of answer, just simply hantam and answer sesuka hati.

This kind of traffic hard to vroom vroom, at highway i will follow speed limit (Eg.80/90km/h). Other than that slow acceleration and slowly brake.
