Maxis is being very unfair to existing customer !!!

I have made a call to Maxis Call Center. Apparently the Maxis 10Mbps (RM119) package is only eligible for new customer ,but not for existing customer .
Maxis is being very unfair to existing customer !!! Any idea how to make complaint to MCMC ? |
