when you are running low fps actually help much, im very "sensitive" to display smoothness 1, little unsmooth or little screen tearing i also can see it, while many of my friend ask got meh? (i help friend service/format pc 1)
my amd r9 280x hardly able to oc at all, normal run already 77oc
