The easiest way is to do it during raid boss.

1) they rarely run away so u can farm em
2) they are consistent
3) they are big
4) by learning consistently throwing excellent throws on raid bosses, you catch them more consistently

buy some raid pass and practice.

make the circle small. Watch excellent videos and just copy them.
