i have seen some peoples using split screen with 2 separate accounts. I know some Xiaomi phones able to do that but how about other phones? I am using Huawei btw.

which Mi model that you are using? I personally think bigger screen size will have benefit to play 2 accs concurrently (such as Mi Max or Tab).
