I'm super new at buying property here. its my first time to buy a property (previously staying cousin house at taman lenseng). can any sifu here give any recommendation? i simply just not sure what to take notes on. Can someone give me a guide when purchasing? my dad ask me to look for landed property, it is possible with my budget?

my budget is around rm450k for two ppl staying. would prefer near to public transport as i don't own any car yet. my working area is around leisure mall cheras. i dont mind old house/ apartment which in clean and good condition of course.

i have being eyeing maxim residence, it's ok ?

for a service apartment beside maintenance fee is there any hidden charges or anything that i need to take note of?
