now you return, the sellers also headache, end of the day another buyer gonna end up with those returned stocks. this all adds up operation cost and vendors will have to start raising their price to cover all these returned sales.

end of the day, consumer suffer, just like in the USA when people starts abusing the return policy.

they normally won't tell you exactly what is in a surprise box, so how you know they changed it? also surprise box can vary from 1 buyer's to anothers.
