everyone here buying like crazy, while I still waiting for CIMB-lazada prepaid to be useable .... missing out on so much

flash sales usually cannot use coupon code

this week kena many times ady
apply a promo code, at payment page they accept
went through the whole payment process already, at the end say voucher used already , order cancelled
but the amount don't know is holding by bank or captured by Lazada, have to wait statement and see
but so far like this trapped about RM150 of my money

Guys if order cancelled by Lazada after payment went through, do I have to contact them to cancel or will they auto cancel for me?
So confusing right now, don't know which ones are problem with bank payment didn't go through, bank held, which ones payment captured, which ones are transactions that are successful, very hard to track because Lazada closes the order and doesn't show you on the my order's page
