I think I am going to have a problem... Can anyone advice?

I bought 2 X Petronas Gift Card @ RM178.00 (didn't notice that voucher didn't apply)
then again bought 2 x Petronas Gift Card @ RM158.00 (with voucher)

I contacted CS about this... they gave me a really different Order ID from mine. Totally different but they say that was the order number in their system. Said that they will cancel it for me.

Do I just wait and do nothing and hope they cancel it? What should I do?

For some reason the Order with the RM178 price cannot be cancelled on my end. It is already under processing.
But if I want to cancel RM158, I can still do it. Not yet processing.

So unfair...

I already buy 6... now have 8 total... too many d...

Before you guys buy anything, please check SHOPEE and see. I have found a few things which I wanted to buy in Lazada which is RM3xx but in Shopee only RM2xx. Cheaper by at least RM60+

Do look properly first before you buy.

Even Petronas Gift Card RM45 (flash sale) for RM50 value. That's 10% off.
Lazada have to wait until don't know when only can get RM89 for RM100 value.

Read the beginning of this thread before 12.00am. Lazada pulled a few price hike already. Just before 12am, prices go up... Then give discount. Even I noticed that. So for all you die hard people who work for Lazada and get paid NOTHING, good job and keep up the good work!

I only buy what I needed last nite. With the stupid FNSALEX8PZ code. Bought CCTV set that I wanted to buy for 1 month+ d... Originally it was RM468. Last night after 12am, price hike to RM479. But at least discount RM50. Still fair. Not too bad.

But a lot go crazy last nite. Especially topup. So many people get at RM63 for RM100.

Can you put your company address or maybe your friend or parents or something? That way is easier la. No need contact them or etc.

Coz so many people here so very supportive of Lazada without even knowing what happened. Blindly support Lazada only.

So many items they are more expensive than a lot other places yet those people saying they are cheaper.

I'm not saying Lazada all expensive, neither am I saying Shopee all cheap. I'm asking EVERYONE to just be aware that Lazada is not the cheapest all the time. Don't be fooled just because they advertise like crazy, you need to buy from them.

It's people like this that I am talking about. So that's why I ask EVERYONE to shop properly. But ultimately, I could care less. It's your money. If you want to waste it or throw it away also not my problem. I'm just giving you guys a warning.

Again as said, now that most vouchers are fully utilized and there's not many left, please DO NOT be fooled by Lazada's Advertisement anymore. They are not cheap without good discounts. Even with discounts also need to be very careful.
