WTH,one my item got cancel,buy using RM200 gift card,total exceeded RM200(multiple items), RM20 umobile(gift card discount RM18.80) (extra RM0.20 bank),they refund RM0.20,gift card amount burn just like that..

A word of advice live chat with them instead email.Email couple of times before the result not very good,and just now live chat got my sorry voucher.
