Don't expect much from budget soundbars, their audio quality is just so-so at best. For best audio experience is still about setting up a proper home audio theater system with the right environment.

A soundbar is just a cheap and quick way to replace your TV built-in speakers.

If you want reliability I suggest you avoid USB based headset altogether, USB as an interface for audio is not very reliable compared to the standard audio jack (3.5mm) sometimes the signal will cut off or your device will remain undetected due to driver issue/conflict, USB is very reliant on the software side thus everything is dictated by your OS environment. If you just want good old reliable and pure audio signal then stick with headset using the standard TRS connectors like the standard 3.5mm.

IMHO don't think the Wii is worth it, it's a console with 2 generations back and they are selling it for 4++. At that price can almost buy a 2DS or second-hand 3DS unit.
