Guys, any idea how to return goods back to lazada?

bought nestle omega plus 3unit 1KG pack, but all expired in a month Jan /2018.

what's wrong with it?

Seller for Bobby Biz backpack called me to inform that they don't have enough stock to cope with the demand

They said they will ship out the item latest by next Friday and ask for my understanding. In the first place why would this happen?? Seller didn't properly key in their available stock?

I ordered like on the dot 12pm start flash sales. Impossible they don't have stock for me right? The item was available up until the last minute of the flash sales

Kind of feels like their own shipment from overseas was delayed yet they proceed with the flash sales

What should I do now? Lazada expected delivery date is latest by Wednesday. Request for SV through live chat?

Got my Mi Max 2 yesterday, right now still processing...just wait if it's before due date, consider yourself lucky if get before date like me although many got it last week.

Btw. I bought 3 packs of colgate toothpaste in a single cart.. I have to wait for each pack to arrive because each pack send using different courier service (ninja, poslaju and lex).. Is this normal practice by item "fulfilled by lazada"

conclusion :

milo kaw is a scam

Once i tasted this sample at supermarket milo kaw so nicely made especially when serve cold, but in reality made ourself it doesnt taste good at all.
