For Petronas GC, without any transaction (inactive) after 6 months will be blocked as a mean of unused card?

dont care about the petronas card d...as long as they only deduct RM11 or RM5 and not RM100, that is fine with me... but i think only 11:11 is affected by this t&c... doesnt make sense for 12:12 to have the same dateline when there are ppl who still haven't receive their petronas card from 12:12 yet...

Only the card with TEST sticker will be deduct. Other is ok i think.
