Not uncommon.. I merely used those as examples as I experienced. Legally, all electrical warranties require proof of purchase. Just depends on if it's asked of you when you want to claim or not. Some companies and items are more relaxed than others. IMO, I wouldn't buy without proof of purchase.. Just in case.

My pos laju item take 1 week also no deliver to me. They did not update system also. Check with hub they said already forwarded to local branch. So i went to collect from local branch. The reason gave is 12.12 too many items, so take longer. Bullshit! My item before 12.12 also took 1 week until i went to local brach to collect, that time reason gave was they are new to the system!
