First time deal with Ninjavan and having bad experience now, last Thursday ordered Samsung Evo MicroSD card from MONO IT and it show the estimated delivery will arrive on Saturday but unfortunately they failed to delivery....
Didn't call me for pickup or anything

Today is their 2nd attempt to deliver the package, I waited from morning to night at the end they failed deliver again
I even call to their customer service line and told them if delivery man can't find my address then we will find a place to meet and I go pick up the package but the girl sounds very rude and lazy

Ninjavan sucks....they have issues even in Singapore. another new type internet 2.0 company wannabe but actually run by ah bengs.

Not sure what to do now....duno wan to give them one last chance or just do the refund

U dunno how many people have issues with ninja van their service sucks so bad. Even i ordered phone last year that suppose to be send by them but end up they lost the item

Overall it is not lazada sole problem. It is the ecosystem problem. Low wages workers work for bad company and being squeezed until dried up. So what you expect?
