if according to that email, its not using RM11 on each card, is to use all before 1.1.2018
if you leftover > your discount then still got surplus
if leftover < discount then burned

Got this email from lazada regarding the petronas gift card...another story again =.=

ya, previously someone posted the email he got from mesra then i paste that to lazada and see what lazada will revert on that and this is what they provide.

as i see from fb, they mentioned that pet card bought on 11.11 will only get affected but those who got it on 12.12 will not and now lazada not even care to mention in detail and just sum up all the pet card will be affected.

i have no idea, that's why i posted here and see who got the clearer picture. lazada seems like picking up my email and elaborate for me, sounds stupid
