update my note8 purchase on 14.12
received on 15.12, after sms to 62002, my note8 is warranty has been registered since 26nov, and seal sticker got 2 layers... what the heck
seller is LAZADA, and i hope LAZADA CEO is reading this post.
i email asklaz on 16 dec noon, then resend email on 17 dec, then follow up with livechat on 18dec, this morning 19 dec follow up with livechat and status still pending relevant dept to revert... my patience runs thin, so decided to get refund. I saved the screenshots dy.
now filling return form... gonna email them to expedite refund and to get refund lazada gift card instead of store credit, what a dissapointment with LAZADA, not even offering sorry voucher for inconvenience caused and mislead customer into buying it.
need advise, is this MBE ok? there's one at pavilion kl, very near to my office.
their CS dreaming all the day.... they dont care for their customer buy or dont buy .....still a lot of ppl will buy from them.....
5 days already my phone still processing , provide 2 wrong tracking code for me.......1 is invalid 1 the item shipped to terengganu....
so funny......always mislead people , asking different CS they giving different answer...... like playing soccer....
