Anyone got experienced you rejected the parcel upon delivery and the parcel has returned back to seller instead of Lazada? In Lazada system showing the item delivered, how to prove to Lazada the item was returned to seller? By the courier tracking no?

i did it before. i rejected the parcel. but the parcel was sent back to lazada. i pre-informed lazada i will reject the parcel because i want to change the size. the courier sent back the parcel to lazada and since pre-informed, lazada helped to change the size and resend back to me.

yes, tracking number and its detail

unless it is same area as seller

just contact lazada and tell them what happened
