Happen to me i received extra lazada item that was not mine. Called lazada to take it back and surprisingly they ask me to post back to them with me bearing the cost. 

my 19th transaction on Pet GC got cancelled as treated as "B2B".
18 Pet GC under 1 Lazada account is the limit.

i told them i don't have time to go post office.. .. and a few days later they came and collect it.

received a cancellation email from Lazada.
