1) purchase receipt (attach with email)
2) full name
3) mobile number
4) date of purchase
5) model code
6) imei number / serial number
* if purchase receipt do not have any info of imei or serial number of your device, please provide a picture of the sticker on the outer box which contain the imei/serial number
7) email address

u can also use mySamsung app seek for customer service live chat, they will ask you to provide above details and email to ewarranty.sme@samsung.com

interesting.. but i asked seller, he say product is original from samsung malaysia but it is clearance item so doesn't come with warranty, if product have problem, only can return item withing 7 days from the receiving date...
