so far, from various reads, as long as the pet card have balances, maximum of rm11 will be deducted come new year 2018.

if u really receive same item twice, be good, contact seller or lazada. ask them return or keep. if return, ask them pick up themselves or they bear the cost. else u no deliver.

not really. mine pretty quick. about 15-20 minutes. usually if any problem with payment, i'll contact live chat and ask them to check order coz payment error and I need to use that code quick. they'll check and then....the code useable again.
