Here is my 1st sharing in this thread:

Yes, It's DQ Again! (Panorama HDR) by AnNamir™
Camera Model - Canon 7D
Lens - Kitlens 18-135mm
Focal Length - 18mm, handheld
Aperture - f/13
Shutter Speed - 3 exposures at -1⅔, 0, +1⅔
ISO - 100
WB - Auto
- Panorama photo from 5 vertical tone mapped photos.
- Click HERE to view LARGE in BLACK.
- Click HERE to see my Photomatix setting for this photo.
- Click HERE to view this photo after tone mapped & stitched and before futher PP.

What do you mean how do i do this? Is is a question about IR (Infra Red), or HDR itself?
If about IR, then, this photo was captured using an IR dslr, it is a Nikon D70 which is modified/convert to IR.
So the photo will come out straight from the camera like below (original photos before tone mapping & further treatment):
