Some people like strong (vivid sony/nikon), some like muted (neutral canon). using photomatix.. (: anyone mind teaching me more?   You can slide the "effects" and "saturation" slider until you like what you see. Or can try the tone compression option. More photo like dat one.  |

Freedy manson, I use Photomatix, merging 9 shots of different exposure using bracketing by 1-stop.

Let the HDR software PP for me instead of putting in Gimp and cracking my head.  And yeah, my taste is not towards the trippy saturated HDR color effects that most people here like.   |
