Yet another "office" cum "designer suite" project by Nusmetro.

After the theme of fashion brands in arte Cheras, this time they're going for an iconic landmark theme for their three towers, namely the "Arc de Triomphe" in Paris, "Duomo di Milano" in Milan and the Big Ben of London.

The site is situated alongside East-West Link / Salak Expressway / Connaught Highway, east bound towards Connaught, just before the entrance to Bandar Sri Permaisuri. Site location used to be part of the dismantled highway toll.

Things to look out for:
1. non-HDA commercial title SOVO project
2. If this is another duplex/loft by Nusmetro, do reconfirm on the ceiling height

Initial Pros:
1. Easy access from Salak, Sg Besi & KL Seremban highways (although getting back on these highways are somewhat troublesome)
2. Directly adjescent is a KTM station, ~700m non-walkway walking distance to LRT station & upcoming MRT3 station.

Initial Cons:
1. Project front facing highway, back facing LRT, KTM & ERL tracks.
2. There is also HTC parallel with said tracks, ~100m away from site.

how many thousand units here. will it be 6.5 feet ceilings again which can apparently target foreigners who suddenly are shorter than Malaysian's.

Yes, even their development application title didn't mention the number of units yet it has been approved...

The fenced up piece of land is really tiny, if not for arte Cheras as an example of what this dev can do, i wouldn't believe that this fenced up area can fit 3 towers. Definitely fail the requirement for residential development.

nope... location... land size.... all not working for this piece of arte.... own stay or investment also sucks max.... better they cancel their plan for this building...
