Any update on latest development? I'm looking for a dual key unit at Bukit Jalil, it seems only COMO have the right size that fits my requirement. Main concern is the track record and further delay for completion.

May head to showroom within these few days for more details.

Hmm....I need the built up of around 2.5k sqft. Went to COMO showroom few days ago, although stated they closed at 5.30pm, not a single soul when I was there at 5pm. My purpose is to know more about the delays and revisit the dual key show unit. As members pointed out, have to practice caution since there's not much progress on site.

I took a glance at the site, no activities from my observation. Should have taken photos.

Ya, too risky. Likely facing cash flow issue. Little to no progress on site is worrying. Decided to look for other projects such as Waltz or Skyluxe.

Yes, no dual key for Skyluxe, beautiful facade and main entrance. Gonna go take a look at Waltz next week. Not in a hurry anyway, awaiting for bargain hunt after maritorium period over in Oct.

Went viewing at GENKL & Waltz today. Thereafter decided to pop by COMO. Before turning into COMO office, took a glance at the site but still there's little to no progress tentatively. Upon reaching COMO, went straight to dual key show unit, rather impressed with their space allocation, the layout is one of my favourite.

Asked salesperson why the long delays with not much progress on site. Was told firstly due to slow take up rate, however they managed to hit 35% this year. Expected completion 2023 with about 6 months delays due to MCO. Ask when stage 2A can be completed, he said targeted end of 2020 but nothing concrete because foreign workers issues. My wife love what she saw at COMO but there's still reservation based on the progress.

I've raised my concern to the salesperson about the delays too. One more think to note, while leaving the showroom, noticed there's a mosque nearby as the prayers can be heard. Salesperson also pointed the nearby cemetery. Frankly, the location itself isn't that pleasing, it's the built-up and size that suited me. Will continue to monitor for now. Going for viewing at Waltz vacant unit tomorrow.

Took some photos of the dual key unit. Beautifully done up.
