Just got my hands on the credit cards via phone call offer last month. Got cashback RM25 but at the same time SST charges RM25 for activated card, so in the end nada.



Still wrapping my heads around the cashbacks for utility bill "only via standing instruction", what does it mean?
Does it mean
1) JomPay or Pay Bills on CIMBClicks don't work? or
2) I should put a scheduled transaction? How does CIMB know if each month bills vary?
