Same case here. Received my first credit card (Petronas Card) in July. By September, fraudulent charge and had to get a new one. Then happened again in December, right before going overseas.Recently my cousin also had a fraud attempt with her CIMB card too...
There is a leak somewhere.
Strangely enough, never happened to my debit card in years.
