This Campaign is open to selected individuals who are registered users of CIMB Clicks and who have received an email or a Short Message Service ("SMS") or a message via CIMB Messenger in CIMB Clicks or CIMB EVA mobile application or a message from CIMB Bank regarding this Campaign except for the categories of persons listed in Clause 5 (hereinafter referred to as the "Eligible Participants").

If you guys said CIMB database leak were true, no wonder last month my father & sister have been scammed by the scammer or hacker because of CIMB blunder. There is an unauthorized transaction from my father's CIMB credit card on Steam purchase almost RM5K++. My father don't even play PC games. Luckily, CIMB managed to reverse the transaction.

In my sister case, the scammer managed to login her CIMB clicks account. Then, my sister received a SMS TAC for Prepaid Top up. Few minutes later, the scammer message or even call my sister through Whatsapp claim that he accidentally transfer money to her account. He said the money is for anak yatim and he needs the SMS TAC to get the money back. From this point onward, my sister already know it's a scam and quickly change her CIMB click password.

The next day, the guy is persistent and sent sms using different to convince my sister. The guy is really desperate. Eventually, he gave up.

until today I still can't get to apply CIMB Lazada card.

it always say information key in in the CIMB Clicks application page is incorrect.

If you created the CIMBClicks account with a credit card and not a savings account memang don't have. Their system doesn't support.

If I login to my cLICKS and goto Apply & Invest, the lazada card ad is shown. cLICKS on that and it'll open another window and ask you login. Didn't proceed beyond that, since I don't know how to fully utilize that card (though I've seen experts here say BT to this card to cash out) and don't know if the site will automagically sign up for me after I login.

If you don't have a CIMB CASA,

(Then you will have 2 CIMB Clicks IDs/Accounts, one for CC and another for CIMB-Lazada prepaid card)
- Top up via FPX, minimum RM20 to get first-year annual fee refunded (by end of the following month)
- You will get your card number, expiry date and CVV, so you can use it at Lazada.
- Don't forget to submit your I/C, signature, Bank statement or utility bill (showing your address) within a day for verification, otherwise your account will be frozen. You should get the "approval" within 1 working day and receive the physical card in 1 week.
