Lesson learnt.
If they playing with tricks telling you all kinds of grandma story refusing to honor cash back, just email to CSU and CC to BNM Telelink.
They will keep all their grandma story and grant you the cash back you entitled

now the cs try to twist which say the missing of 4.8% CB online transaction on Oct should follow posting date.

I request to lodge complain and get the complain number.

NO. but we get 15% (max RM25) special rebate monthly (till 31/12/18) and 1% normal rebate on Lazada purchases.
So we buy 2 pcs Petronas Giftcards (total petrol value: RM200) per CIMB-Lazada Mastercard every month, much better than other petrol rebate CCs.

But 1 thing YET TO BE be tested, Balance Transfer from another bank. If other banks use FPX / IBFT Card Payment for Balance Transfer, then the fund should go to the CIMB-Lazada Mastercard (max stored value RM4999), then withdraw cash at a CIMB ATM, instead of calling bank to transfer fund from CC to CASA!

So can we call bank to retrieve our anniversary date? I always thought the expiry date is the anniversary date?

Cut all my additional four cards earlier this month, retention offer were RM 20 per card.
RM 10 upfront, and RM 10 for spending RM 200 within 30 days.
Declined and proceed for cutting, now only holding Enrich Platinum with them.

So with these securetec, there is no need for SMS OTP? PBB & StanChart have such options?

Just topup min 20 for first topup. I guess that is the requirement for you to have the annual fee waive. So just do it. You gonna use the amount anyway, purchasing Lazada things.
Plus, you'll get the annual fee refunded back on next month. So nothing to worry.

Stupid CIMB System, total pay all outstanding amount and call to cancel the card, the CS still advice me to pay full statement amount, if not will get financial charge even alrd cancel the card

Nothing wrong, you need to pay statement balance in full to avoid interest charged. Then perform a final retail transaction to contra the rebate earned.

I supposed to get rebate of RM5.59 right? But I only get RM5. Is it rebate will rounded down to nearest RM1?

Update: Never mind, found the answer. TNC states that it is rounded down to nearest Ringgit.
