i cancel my cimb enrich card like 6 months ago, but it still appear in my account even though the staff say it is cancel.
they say although the card is cancelled, but the card is remain there because there is a leftover of RM3.67 cash back that I didn't move to other account and I need to write letter to transfer the cash back money to my account then only the credit card will disappear from my account. may i know how to write the letter? they do not allow me to do it through phone or through message This post has been edited by labtec: Dec 23 2018, 03:15 PM |
