Hi guys, got a problem here

i made 2 purchases on sept from lazada, but both got cancelled. same items and same amount, the thing is only one refund is reversed to my card and another one still pending. called CS lazada claim its been refunded but sadly when i asked proof of refund, the finance department keep emailing me the proof of refund for transaction that is already refunded into my cc.

been calling and arguing their CS more than 5x the reply from lazada still d same, giving me same proof of refund despite knowing it belongs to different order. so yesterday i called CIMB cs and they give me a dispute form to fill up but on the form im curious on this one statement...

why does it mean by RM15 imposed?

i just did. filled up a dispute form and send back by email. thing is i made 2 transactions with lazada, both immediattely got cancelled, same amounts. until now only one is reversed back to my card other is still missing. been calling CS lazada asking for proof of refund until now cannot produce. so just sent one dispute form to cimb card center email.

just wanna ask, in my cimb saving account there in credit on Credit Advice KCAW4400 for amount of RM16.93 for 2 times already. any idea what amount is this?

CIMB is so far the most generous bank that give huge CL among all my credit cards. but havent touched this card for months, still thinking whether to keep it in case my other cards are pretty much exhausted or cancel it also..

Still keeping the card because of the credit limit given by CIMB so far the highest for me lol

Havent touch CR cc for months, been keeping it just because CIMB gave me quite high CL only compare to other banks.

Should i just cancel it? sayang la plak nak reapply smula just in case.

buying and tapau secret recipe cakes will entitle for 12% dining as well right, by logic?

if i link my cimb cc, will everytime i pas thru RFID gate without any amount inside my TnG wallet, they will automatically charge my cimb cc?

if i registered via cimb website with full name but put down the phone number that not initially registered with cimb, will it count? or i should re-register again with another number?

If i wanna make a return and wait for the reversal of the refund, but my cc statement on 28th, if the reversal only happened after 28 for eg, it will deduct my statement balance, so i dont really have to pay anything right?

How fast the refund from lazada if anyone has experience? Tq

12% cashback for dining will end this month?

Received the final RM30 weekend dining rebate for this month, cannot offset my outstanding balance anyway so next month no extension of the promo the card is again useless and will sit inside my drawer again lol

i just called n cancelled my cash rebate platinum cc. was offered RM25 to offset my sst kicks in next month but just declined i see no more benefits with that cc.

Have stopped using cimb credit cards since last year. lousy and not convenient at all. same to their other services left alone cimb click app
