Guys, not sure whether this is the right place to ask this, regarding cimbclicks... Every once in a while, when i try to login into cimbclicks, it states that my account has been suspended... And need to reset password.. After reset, can login again.. Then after sometime (maybe few days) , the account will be suspended again..
Already called cs, they said nothing suspicious happen with my account, they even offered to let me create new cimbclicks account, and cancel the old one. I said i will continue with the old account, while try to observe the pattern.. I noticed that, usually this the pattern.. 1) login into cimbclicks app.. Do whatever I want. )2) later (Could be next hour or next day(s)), login using cimbclicks website. 3) after sometime (few days/hours) , try login again using cimbclicks app, account suspended.. Have to reset password.. |
