I submitted form at branch last Tuesday, yesterday I called their hotline. They said my application not in their system yet. Is it normally this slow?

does the postman/courier call you when delivering the credit card or any tracking number?

UPDATE. Received my cards today. Very fast.
Approved on Tuesday. Received my card on Thursday. Citylink courier called me upon reaching. |
