hey guys, i used cash rebate card to do transaction for Taobao in currency RMB, will i subject to any other charges ?

i have statement balance @ RM 2,589.16, due 16 May, then 18 May only i pay the balance.
on the same day bank charged me late charges RM 25 then end of the statement cycle bank charge me 'finance charge' RM56 late charges RM 25 is not interest ? anyone can show me how to calculate ? |
