You book overseas hotel? Yes the foreign cash cask not limited to online only. Any amount charge in foreign currency will get 2%. And yes, I do remember Agoda have cross border.

Agoda can select to pay in RM or foreign currency.

I went to CIMB to do this already because was advised by the customer service officer.

turn out actually is bullshit.

1) you need to have ATM card in order to link you saving account to your CIMB Clicks.
2) after create ATM card, you need to create new CIMB Clicks account for it. You can't use back the old account.
3) ATM card charge you RM15 per year.

Then what's the point I go and create saving account if I can't use back my existing CIMB Clicks account?
I might as well create one CIMB Clicks account specially to apply for CIMB Lazada prepaid card.
CS officer is just bullshit. Now my RM250 is stuck in the saving account.

Yes same case here as well, it has been appearing and disappearing on and off on my CIMB Clicks as well. Even when it appears, upon clicking in to view transaction history, error will pop up.

Btw, got an SMS from CIMB: Dear Customer, we have reversed the rebate on your CIMB Lazada Prepaid Mastercard dated 25 June and credited the 15% rebate for May on 3 July.

Don't always look at the cash back only.
CIMB CC can give you discounts on some dining places, eg a family meal at Sheraton / Hilton may already save you 10 years SST.

Kiam siap mentality will be different. Instead of family meal at Sheraton/Hilton go and eat at your favourite chinese restaurant you spend less than half (for better food). Better than CIMB discount.

stupid CIMB took 5 months (since 7 July 2018) to resolve my unsuccessful Lazada prepaid card application.

it's their system glitch that prevent me to apply the card. Now they email to inform I can apply the card starting today. What's the use of me applying now since the 15% CB promotion has already ended on 31 Dec 2018?

No, during card cancellation, no mentioned about this to me and I didn't aware of it too.
