haven't use this the cash rebate card since they abolish 5% online rebate, should i cancel this card?

Hmm, I tried to do standing instruction for TNB but it seems that it only allow pay via account instead of cards, does standing instruction to JomPAY qualified for 2% cashback for Cash Rebate?
