Finally received my extra 4.8% cash back nearly 2 weeks after raising dispute claim for October transaction.
Ended up with RM20-30 credit balances on all my 4 supp cards which I requested to be transferred to my principal.

no need to talk much to their cs over the phone. those cs have no authority and are instructed to tell you all sorts of grandma stories to drag time make empty promise and so perhaps some will frustrated and give up.
just email their cust resolution center and CC copy to BNM telelink. their CSU will have a specific officer in charge of the case and will follow up by calling you personally.
their cs is a joke.

the reason of calling cs is the make a point in the letter to CSU and BNM that we did try to resolve the issue by calling the bank cs but to no avail

I’ve waited for more than 1 week n they refuse to response to my email.. i straight away email to bnm n cc them, then only they quickly send me a case number n resolve it in 3 working days.. n the 4.8% credited on 18 Dec
