Just receive the adjustment cash rebate for YES. CRU informed that it is a gesture of goodwill. But according to PDS, we should be granted the cash rebate right?

Hey guys, want to ask, whats the difference between statement balance and outstanding balance? If i paid the statement balance, will i still get any finance charges? If i didnt fully cleared the outstanding amount?

Can pay statement balance, just remember to pay without deducting any cash back.
