regular customer can book via whatsapp and no need wait they generate the pin
like i always buy 4.5k
45 pieces of RM100 easily take 15-20 minutes
but if book in advance
walk in paid and go just 2-3 minutes

but visa to master or vice versa cannot - have to resubmit doc
