Right after I key in my info and I clicked submit, then after few seconds all my card info is there already on the page. Then we can click Save as PDF.  They didn't email me the card info.

I also faced the same issue for foreign currency spend. Spend in IDR and SGD and didn't receive any cashback at all. Called and emailed to customer service.     

i terminate my cimb cr last month, paid all balance.
this month got statement, stating statement balance RM0.13CR for unlimited cash rebate only.
do i need to pay or ignore?

CR is your money.
So you can ignore if you want. Just make the card is no longer active.

agent tried to offer me rm20 free money in the form of rm10 within 3 days and if you spend rm200, another rm10 will be credited within 90 days

this used to be my go to card for travelling, now i have to find another

Now I seldom use my CIMB CC already. Seeing it is FREE for life, I'm just keeping the card...

Same here. I just cancelled and got the RM10 + RM10 offer which I declined. If not mistaken, used to be RM15 + RM15.

Previously use their Cashback card for online transactions. No longer useful now. The 2% for petrol and groceries can be matched by MBB FCB.

PBB VS, UOB YOLO (but with some spending criteria, FCFS basis), SCB JustOne or 2% for MBB FCB VS.

Just make sure you check out using Lazada's App only.

A CIMB officer did call me for this upgrade. But I turned down the offer.
